Windows client stays in memory

Bluecherry Client 2.2.9 sometimes does not starting properly.
I mean: clicking app icon - nothing happens - start the task manager - see the process in memory with 0 resources used.
Before I realized it, I thought the icon didn’t work, clicked repeatedly, then found several Bluecherry processes, of which only one really worked.
In another situation, I found strange network traffic, and found that even though I had closed the application, the process remained running in the background afterwards.
Windows 10, RAM 64GB, 1070 graphic card

Thanks. We are working on a new desktop client that will resolve this and several other issues.
