Uncaught (in promise) DOMException

Hi all,

I’ve just installed a new server v2.8.7 via debian package. I setup my IP cameras and it can see them fine and is capturing events. When I go to play those events back via the web interface it’s finding events, showing me the screenshot, but then clicking play gets me “Error loading this resource” and it hits the dev console with “Uncaught (in promise) DOMException” which I’ve tracked as far as the media.play() call on line 3463 of mediaelement-and-player.js. I’ve tried both chrome and firefox on OSX. I grabbed the osx client app also, which seems to work fine for playback. Any pointers on how I should proceed? I’ve run out of places to dig…

Strange. Which Debian release are you using? Does this happen on a certain IP camera or any of them?

Thanks

It’s stretch, fully up to date. I have four cameras, all setup as generic, two mjoeg and two rtsp, all show up fine in live view. If I download the clips that works and they play fine locally.
