Unable to reset license key

I have seen the FAQ entry to go to the site bluecherry.cryptlex.app to reset my key activation. However, I don’t know of any password for this site, and all attempts to reset said password have failed. I’m not receiving the reset email. First attempt was around June. Most recent attempt was an hour ago.

All email folders have been checked. No special junk filters are in use - just the default. Spam folder remains empty. Trash remains empty. Nothing new in my inbox.
