Two issues with upgrade to 3.1.11

I just upgraded from 3.1.9 to 3.1.11 and have two issues.

Issue 1, my 8 stream license stopped working after the upgrade. License showed as active after upgrade hhowever I had a license warning message. Rebooted and same issue. Deactivated license and license went away. Tried to reactivate license and now I get “License and reached activation limit” Currently running. I finished my new server build, the Zimaboard did not have enough horse power - was really sluggish. New server is working but with same license issue.

Issue 2, one of my camers stopped recording, I get the following repeating error messages in the log:
2025-06-26T00:58:11.962772-07:00 cameras bc-server[1389]: E(1/Backyard): Cannot start recording!
2025-06-26T00:58:11.990292-07:00 cameras bc-server[1389]: W(1/Backyard): Likely timestamping error. Ignoring.
2025-06-26T00:58:21.962544-07:00 cameras bc-server[1389]: E(1/Backyard): Last message repeated 306 times!
2025-06-26T00:58:21.962909-07:00 cameras bc-server[1389]: E(1/Backyard): Failed to init muxer for output file /var/lib/bluecherry/recordings/2025/06/26/000001/00-58-20.mp4: Invalid argument (-22)

I made no changes to the camera. This camera is different than my other 4, but video is set to same parameters as working 4 cameras. Audio is turned off on this camera as in only has G.771 and G.771+ codec and this was causing problems with 3.1.9 so I disabled audio.

Video settings of all 5 cameras is H264, 1080P, 24 fps CBR 5120 kbps and 72 frame interval.

The server is running Ubuntu 24.01.1
