I bought version 3 and set everything up. But there is a problem with restoring several cameras. The periodic is not shown. They write the Unknown pixelformat video stream error

Can you attach the logs from /var/log/bluecherry.log or /var/log/bluecherry.log.1

Please help me this is a problem.The camera is accessible via the web interface. and through the client, the blue cherry application is not displayed. What is the reason for this? intermittently, the picture disappears

Can you try 3.1.5 and see if if that change helps?

sudo apt install bluecherry=3:3.1.5

Would you be willing to try 3.1.9 to see if the problem remains fixed? If you still have problems you can revert back to 3.1.5

sudo apt update ; sudo apt install bluecherry=3:3.1.9

Following up, are you still using 3.1.9? Are you having anymore video issues?
