Problem Retrieving Footage (Client v2 and v3)

I am unable to retrieve recordings using the v2.29 Client.

I can confirm that when the client attempts to pull recordings, the following errors appear in

V3 Client Problems

I also tried to get the recordings from the v3.0.0-beta20 client, and I am having a potentially different issue. It seems that I am missing ALL recordings past 5:56:19 PM every day.

Here’s the device recording schedule for the cameras used as examples above. As you can see, none are accidentally set to use a device schedule, so they should be using the global schedule and recording 24/7:

I need to pull footage before it gets deleted due to storage space, so please let me know there’s a resolution available with either client.

I tried your changes and rebooted the whole NVR and it didn’t resolve this issue. My time zone in America/Chicago, as you mentioned.

I tried the client from another PC with previous beta version 19, and I didn’t see this problem.

I then upgraded it to the Beta20 version and the problem appeared again.

I tried to revert the client back to Beta19 by re-installing Beta19 and the problem is still there. So I’m not sure what appears to be permanently changed by installing Beta20.

So now I have 2 PCs with this issue.

The client v2 still cannot pull anything but I’ll just use the v3.

I’m still experiencing the same issue:

We recently changed our data storage system to enhance safety. Data should automatically migrate if you’re updating from beta-19 to beta-20. However, please note that the client is still in beta, so not all edge cases are covered.

1. In the Timeline of Events, what is the date and time displayed on the last video recording (the date shown on the video footage itself, not the timeline)?
2. If you check the Events History tab, do the missing recordings appear there?

I’m a bit confused about (1). On any day, the last video 10 minute segment date available (based on the timeline) stops at 17:50:56. The date is correct on every day.

The Events section does show the whole 24 hours of footage. Yes they do appear there.

On the Events History, you can see that the records go up until midnight.
