Is there a setting somewhere to get the web live view to use a codec other than MJPEG? I’m usually accessing the live view over a VPN so for any cameras that are more than 720p resolution, it becomes unusable with how slow it becomes. I’m using version 2 servers.

Version 3 supports MJPEG and HLS streaming. I would recommend trying that and if you have a VAAPI supported GPU (Intel i-series with a GPU) some of the decoding can be done on the server side…which would lower the CPU on the server.
