Why didn’t they record fully until EOD in bluecherry like each camera as the DVR does? When click the playback it only shows 15 minutes of recording.
15 minutes of constant recording is the default recording time, you can configure this in the Bluecherry Web UI Settings page. If you open the client and review recordings you should see a list of all recordings.
