No recording from one of the cameras, the other is recording, but there is no preview in records timeline and warnings in the logs:

Both of these cameras are available in live view. Version: 3.1.0-rc7.
Perhaps some video codecs or components are missing? How can this be checked and rectified? What are the possible solutions to problems?
