New system, just starting to test camera compatibility. I have a new Lorex 4k IP camera, series E893AB. I can connect to it with a browser and can configure it, but BC doesn’t find it. Suggestions? I just happen to have a bunch of these.
You will need to add the cameras as a ‘Custom’ camera (Adding a generic IP camera | Bluecherry Help Center)
Use this RTSP path:
RTSP path: /cam/realmonitor?channel=1&subtype=0
Click ‘Use Sub stream for Live viewing’
Sub Stream RTSP path: /cam/realmonitor?channel=1&subtype=1

No, I suspect because I can’t seem to factory the old Q-See and the newer Lorex cameras . But after looking at the forums, I ordered some Amcrest cameras and they work perfectly.
