Live view not working

try a clean install
i did not go from ver 2.8 to beta 3
i installed ver 3 beta on a clean box and had no problems
does the Discover IP Cameras … find any cameras
if so than it should have the settings right for you

Already tried, no way…

did you change
Transport : to UDP ? , if so it should be set to TCP

can i ask what type / band of camera you are using

I have tried both TCP and UDP with the same result.
I am using EZVIZ cams. They work fine with Zoneminder, Shinobi and so on…

i use
ONVIF Device Manager

to find my streaming URL for the camera . and play that in the path on the config page

but if you like maybe i would have a look and try to help you out …
if you want
if so that’s when you and and i got free time to do so

Can you confirm you have both 7001 and 7002 open?

Hi. Need your help. I’m not advanced in linux.
Same case - upgrade to V3, - lost web page camera LiveView, lost android IP Cam Viewer.
Nothing more changed with configs. Windows app works fine at all. Web interface works fine exept live view.
nmap says both ports ok:
7001/tcp open afs3-callback
7002/tcp open afs3-prserver

What i have to do?
Thanks.

odd just did a test run
going from 2.8 and ver 3 beta …
and all of my camera live view still works

but if you like i can have a look at it tomorrow
to see if i can help you out ?

I am trying on a new system…

Any updates on this?

I have abandoned the project, switched to Zoneminder.

have used zoneminder ages ago
it was a pain in the ass
i found it to be too hard to use
but good luck to you

Anybody can tell which configs or system components responsible for webUI live view? Why video streams became unavailable? Is there any official support???
Ну как так-то?

Does your system have a Intel graphics (GPU) installed?

What is shown in Settings -> Performance/connectivity?

Thanks for answer. No, i have a pci-e graphics card. Settings was set to “dev/dri/renderD128” (never set this parameter before, looks like it appeared in v.3). I have changed it to “none” and finaly it works now!

setting the performance connectivity to none worked for me as well. i have a pci-e graphics card.

Thanks for this … that was the same issue for me.

Once I changed it to none, my webview started working. Not very performant, but it works now.
