Addition of feature

I want to add some feature in client side. It is perfect as DVR where only monitoring is necessary. But i want to add some feature where client side having touch screen.

So, I please suggest the best IDE can be used in Ubuntu.

Breakpad is missing in build-breakpad.sh .

Is above the right git repository ?? Because there is many repository name as breakpad in git.

Actually I asked to preferred IDE by you, Because there is lots of IDE. Experience person can suggest the best.
