I was attempting to backup the database w/ Do Not Backup Events Data - it asks for the BlueCherry database password - I enter the BC MYSQL password and the back up fails claiming the password is wrong… Ok, so I try the root mysql password - fails claiming the password wrong. I figure, ok maybe I’m typing the password wrong, so I ssh into the server and open:
mysql -u bluecherry -p
Enter the password I have for it. Everything worked.
Went back to web interface backup, pasted the password in - claimed wrong password.
