I am getting a 404 attempting to download/install the software. Is this a known issue and, if so, when will it be back in service?
This should be working now, there was a DNS error earlier but was resolved around 1PM (CDT).

We build and test with 16.04 and 18.04, both are LTS releases, so one of those.
