Can not access server after install

dear all,

i trying to install the server, i did all the steps.
i had a power down, but when it get up, i continue the installtion.
but i can not get into the panel with https://blueberryserver:7001

what i missing? or should i need to erase and install again?
i tryed to make installtion, but it’s telling me that all is OK

Can you access https://127.0.0.1:7001 from the local machine using a web browser?

If you run this command does it show the port open?

telnet 127.0.0.1 7001
